"Born for Love" Art & Charity Concert
A Special Mother's Day Tribute to Senior Health & Wellness
Two years ago, Ms. Huang Shu-chun, founder of "Shun Art," was the sole survivor among seven critical patients in the Polam Kopitiam food poisoning case. Her subsequent battle with a stroke—largely due to a lack of medical awareness—became a turning point in her life. Having experienced the arduous path of rehabilitation, she chose to transform her personal ordeal into a powerful mission: promoting medical literacy and empathy for those with disabilities. "Life," she believes, "is a journey of learning to be loved and to love others."
As Taiwan officially enters a "Super-Aged Society" (where 20% of the population is over 65), elder care has become a universal family theme. This charity event aims to equip the "sandwich generation" and seniors alike with the knowledge to prevent age-related diseases and foster mental well-being, reducing the burden on families and the medical system.
